Facilitator Training 2024 Donation Form

Please use the form below to complete your donation for the 2024 facilitator training. Instructions for creating your own installment plan are below the form.

In order to make payments over time, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click “Ongoing” at the top

2. If you’d like to give monthly, move to step 3. Otherwise, click “Monthly” and choose either weekly or every other week.

3. Enter the amount you’ll be giving each installment

4. Click “Customize Dates” and choose an end date one day after the last installment that will be necessary to complete your payments

5. Decide if you want to add 3.9% to your donation to cover our fees

6. Choose the PayPal or Credit Card (“Give”) option

7. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete your donation
