What: Guided meditation, dharma talk & community discussion. No prior registration needed!
When: Sunday with Rachael or Andrew 9-10:30am (starting in may 2026) & with Mikey or Don 11-12:30pm, Wednesday with Roy 7-8:30pm, And Friday with Matty or Callan 7-8:30pm

Morning Silent Meditation

Facilitators: Self guided
Who: All experience levels, no registration needed.
What: Silent meditation, extended practice.
When: Monday-Friday 6:30-7:30am, Saturday 8-9am

Dedicated Practitioners Group

Facilitators: Peer led
Who: All interested in extended practice in silence
What: Focused awareness meditation instruction, 45 min silent meditation, group practice focused discussion. No prior registration needed!
When: Sunday (6:00-7:15pm)

Our friends: Recovery Dharma

Facilitators: Peer led
Who: All who identify with being in recovery from addiction or addictive behavior.
What: Peer led group that uses mindfulness, non-violence, kindness, compassion, gratitude, wisdom, equanimity and community to aid in liberation from addiction. “Recovery Dharma” is used as the guiding text and available upon arrival. click for more info. No prior registration needed!
When: Monday (7:00-8:00pm)

LGBTQIA+ Sangha

Facilitators: Peer led

Who: Self-identifying LGBTQIA+. Open to all levels, no experience required 
What: Guided meditation, talk on a general topic, community discussion
When: Thursday (7-8:00pm)

Nashville POC Sangha

Facilitators: Jennifer Wang

Who: Open to all self-identified people of color

A person of color is someone who does not identify as white. For those that are of racial identities that include white (ie mixed race), we hope you feel welcome here.


What: Typical sessions include introductions, guided meditation and mindful dialogue.


When: First Tuesday Of Every Month (7-8:30pm)
