On Saturday, October 17, 2026 Wild Heart Meditation Center will welcome Gordon Peerman for a day long workshop.
In this live in-person daylong workshop, we'll focus on the First Foundation of Mindfulness, mindfulness of the body.
Beginning with practicing with with somatic awareness, in sitting and moving.
We'll practice with the foundation of mindfulness of the breathing body in the morning, in the afternoon we’ll move to the continuity of non-reactive awareness of thoughts and emotions.
